Graniser, a manufacturer and exporter of ceramic tiles based in Turkey, has been taken over by carpet designer and manufacturer Victoria. The £7.1m deal expands Victoria’s ceramic tile business and operations and moves the company’s manufacturing footprint towards a lower energy, labour and raw material price environment.
